Allan Loudell has invited me back on WDEL (1150 AM) for an update on wind power in Delaware. In the last week, we've seen Babcock & Brown take a majority stake in Bluewater Wind and signs that some legislators may be considering holding up a deal to bring wind power to Delaware.
