Secretary Rice: "There were ties between Iraq and Al Qaeda."

Condoleeza Rice, appearing on Fox News today, insists that Iraq and al Qaeda were linked:
There were ties between Iraq and Al Qaeda.
This is one contrary conclusion from the Senate Intelligence Committee report, "Postwar Findings about Iraq's WMD Programs and Links to Terrorism and How they Compare with Prewar Assessments":

So far, I've only started to review the reports. As I have said, I plan to spend some time going over these reports, instead of watching ABC's fictionalized version of 9/11.
As for bin Laden, the Washington Post reports that we have no idea where he is:
The clandestine U.S. commandos whose job is to capture or kill Osama bin Laden have not received a credible lead in more than two years. Nothing from the vast U.S. intelligence world -- no tips from informants, no snippets from electronic intercepts, no points on any satellite image -- has led them anywhere near the al-Qaeda leader, according to U.S. and Pakistani officials.
