DailyKos Notices Delaware's Success on Weatherization

The story of how Delaware is leading the country on weatherization made the front page of DailyKos this morning with a hat tip to this blog. Kos diarist Meteor Blades reviews the weak results from most states, ending with this note:

As I noted on Friday, Delaware got the money on the street by using its existing social service centers and working with non-profits, businesses and labor unions.
