The Feds Subpoena HCA in Frist Stock Sale
The Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) issued this short release today:
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HCA (NYSE: HCA) today announced that the company received a subpoena from the office of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York for the production of documents. The company believes the subpoena relates to the sale of HCA stock by Senator William H. Frist. The company intends to cooperate fully with the office of the U.S. Attorney in this matter.This comes one day after the SEC contacted Dr. Frist's office regarding the stock sale.

Jason is a rather immature, persistent blogger who was routinely vilified by both conservatives and liberals alike at delonline.com. His claim to fame (other than the fact that he practically screams - Bush must be IMPEACHED) is that he holds an irrational and all-consuming hatred for all things Republican. See if it carries through to this site. My guess is it will and then he will move along again.
Seems to me Clinton pardoned some pretty bad guys.
